How Stress Impacts Our Choices

Negative stress occurs when we are learning new concepts that become woven into and become a part of that stress-related activity. There is a possibility that in the future this experience will be repeated with similar negative effects. Unless this is corrected, it can affect many areas of our life.

When we base our choices on the reactions of these negative experiences from the past, we can experience self-judgment, denial, and low self-esteem. When we hold this type of perception about ourselves, we limit our genuine choices about our present and future selves.
